At Indigo Owl Tea Co., each order is packed with care and intention. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the carrier and destination, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Indigo Owl Tea Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
