Refund policy
At Indigo Owl Tea Co., we take great care in preparing and packaging our products. Because our teas and consumable items are food products, all sales are final.
For food safety and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped. We cannot restock or resell consumable products that have left our possession.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, tampered with, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hoot@indigoowlteaco.com. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the matter promptly.
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
- a replacement
- store credit
- a refund
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- changes of mind
- personal taste or flavor preferences
- orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout
- products that have been opened or consumed, except in cases of verified damage, defect, or fulfillment error
- failure to review ingredient or allergen information before purchase
Please do not send products back unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
